Asbestos overcladding is a cost effective roof refurbishment process that’ll provide you with a new aesthetically pleasing, weather tight roof. The installation process involves fixing sheets of either metal or plastic over the existing one, to which spacers are then fitted to ensure that there is a gap between the two materials.

This removes the cost of expensive asbestos disposal to licensed landfills, whilst ensuring the roof meets all licencing regulations. The new roof coverings can still be insulated to current part L regulations and retrofitted with new inner and outer roof light panels, to maximise the amount of daylight within the building. This level of insulation is also to reduce condensation levels, as well as providing the building with a much more energy efficient roofing solution.
